The Tide is Sweet and Now I'm off to Arizona

I am off to Arizona this week. I am flying on Wednesday to see the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Sweet 16 this weekend against Syracuse. Also I am going to try to see some spring training action. Is there anybody going to this week? If you are please drop me a line and maybe we can meet up, because I will be without a car, so spring training could be tough to get to. Thanks for the help. Also I will post my story tomorrow, so check out my basketball work.

Off to Seattle

My college basketball travels will take me to Seattle this week. My Crimson Tide will face off against Southern Illinios. I am very excited and I love March Madness. I leave in the morning about 6 a.m. Is there anyone from Seattle that reads this blog? If you do then drop me a line and give me some good places to hang out on the off days. I will be at the tournament on Thursday and Saturday, but I do not leave until Monday. If the Tide wins this weekend, then I am off to Arizona next.

Go Check Out What CBA is Saying

The Cub Reporter has sent out a questionnaire to all the Cub Blog Army members and has created a roundtable. There are some very good comments about this upcoming season. My answers will show up tomorrow, but still go check it out.

I was on Sportscenter

Well, I go an email last night from Scott Lange of the Northside Lounge and he asked if I was on Sportscenter? Well, I was. If you watched the highlightf of the MSU vs. Alabama game I was the guy with the hands over the face with my Cubs hat on. It was a great game, but my side came up short. That is my first solo shot on Sportscenter. Well, I am off, but more later.

Where are we Going?

I am sorry for the lack of quality posts over the past few weeks, but if you follow college basketball you know why. I am the president of Mark's Madness, which is a student basketball fan club for the Alabama Crimson Tide and Coach Mark Gottfried. If you watch much TV of the Alabama Home games I sit on the front row with my Cubs hat every game. Well, this time of the is my favorite because of spring training and March Madness. College Basketball has always been a close second for me to baseball. I probably will not write much unless any news comes across until the end of March.

The Crimson Tide are 16-10 now and look to be invited to the Dance, so that means I hit the road this month. I could be in Seattle, Denver, Milwaukee, Buffalo, Orlando, Kansas City, Raleigh, or Columbus OH. If you live in one of these towns give me a shout. The Tournament is announced next Sunday, so I will know more then. Also if you have your favorite tournament story leave it in the comments sections or email it and then I will post some pre-tournament stories before it starts.

Over the next two weeks I will talk a lot of college basketball, but it should be fun.
